From Philadelphia, take Interstate 476 North to Pocono Exit 95. Go straight across the road and get on Interstate 80 East. Get off at the very next exit Blakeslee exit 284, and bear right on Route 115 South. Go about 2 miles and bear right on Route 903 South. Go another 2 miles and turn right onto Lake Drive. The entrance is less than a mile on the left. Check in office is in townhome number 32. If the office is closed, simply pick up the phone on the wall and it will automatically dial the Security Guard who will direct you to your home. Stop by the check in office in the morning to complete your check in. From New York City, take Interstate 80 West. Come through the Delaware Water Gap into Pennsylvania and get off at Pennsylvania exit 284 Blakeslee . Turn left on Route 115 South. Go about 2 miles and bear right on Route 903 South. A 200 Advance Rental Deposit is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations more than 21 days to arrival result in 50 unit handling fee. Cancellations less than 21 days to arrival result in forfeiture of the 200 Advance Rental Deposit. Date changes within 21 – 14 days of arrival result in a 50 transfer fee. No date changes permitted with in 14 days of arrival. Security deposit is required at check-in. No personal checks accepted. A one time cleaning fee for each unit applies. TRAVEL AGENTS 10 percent deposit is refundable. |
